STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These terms and conditions aim to provide clarity and transparency regarding service duration, additional charges, maintenance recommendations, payment methods, and the refund policy, further ensuring a positive experience for Vintage Car Detailing's clients.
1. Advance Payment and Deposit:
- A 30% advance payment is required to secure your car detailing appointment.
- Clients must deposit 30% of the total service amount into the provided bank account to confirm their booking.
- Failure to provide the advance deposit may result in the cancellation of the appointment.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Clients must notify Vintage Car Detailing at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel their appointment.
- If the client fails to make the vehicle available by the agreed-upon time, a penalty of 1200 birr will be deducted from the 30% deposit amount, and the remainder will be refunded promptly.
3. Vehicle Inspection:
- Vintage Car Detailing reserves the right to inspect the vehicle physically or through provided photos to assess its condition.
- Based on the inspection, Vintage Car Detailing will inform the client which detailing services can be performed and which issues cannot be addressed.
4. Discounts and Adjustments:
- In cases where certain detailing services cannot be performed due to the condition of the vehicle, Vintage Car Detailing may offer discounts or adjustments to the service price.
- Any discounts or adjustments will be made based on mutual agreement between the client and Vintage Car Detailing.
5. Liability and Responsibility:
- Vintage Car Detailing will take utmost care in performing detailing services; however, we are not liable for any damages that may occur during or after the service.
- Clients are responsible for informing Vintage Car Detailing of any specific concerns or requirements regarding their vehicle prior to the service.
6. Service Duration and Completion:
- Vintage Car Detailing will provide an estimated duration for the detailing service based on the scope of work and the condition of the vehicle.
- While every effort will be made to complete the service within the estimated time frame, actual completion may vary.
- Clients are encouraged to plan accordingly and allocate sufficient time for the detailing process.
7. Additional Charges for Extra Services:
- Any additional services requested by the client during the detailing process, beyond the originally agreed-upon scope, may incur extra charges.
- Vintage Car Detailing will inform the client of any additional costs before proceeding with the requested services.
8. Maintenance Recommendations:
- Vintage Car Detailing may provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance to preserve the results of the detailing service.
- Clients are advised to follow these maintenance recommendations to ensure the longevity of the detailing work and the overall condition of their vehicle.
9. Payment Methods and Currency:
- Payments for Vintage Car Detailing services can be made through the provided bank account or other agreed-upon methods.
- All prices are quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB).
10. Refund Policy:
- Refunds for cancelled appointments or unsatisfactory service will be processed in accordance with Vintage Car Detailing's refund policy.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within a specified timeframe, and refunds will be issued promptly, minus any applicable deductions as per the terms outlined above.
